At Harney & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase to ensure you find the perfect blend.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging; please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items that have been opened.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box if possible, and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our Millerton warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
